The University of Lincoln is a public research university in Lincoln, England. The University has origins that trace back to 1861, and obtained university status in 1992 and its present name and structure in 2001.  Situated in the heart of a beautiful and historic city, the University of Lincoln has established an international reputation for the quality of its teaching and research. We were crowned the Modern University of the Year in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2021.
